Privacy Policy
Below we explain which personal data we process when you visit this website or get in touch with us, for what purpose and on what legal basis. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Mesyntro Digital LLC 30 N Gould St Ste N, 82801 Sheridan, Wyoming, USA
Email: info@mesyntro.com Phone: +49 156 7961 7675
Mesyntro Digital LLC is based in the USA but directs this offering to prospective clients in Germany and Europe. The GDPR therefore applies to the processing of the data of individuals in the EU (Art. 3(2) GDPR).
2. EU representative (Art. 27 GDPR)
As the controller is established outside the EU, designating a representative in the Union under Art. 27 GDPR may be required. Where a representative has been appointed, they can be reached here:
No EU representative has been appointed at this time.
Note: Please clarify with a legal adviser whether an EU representative must be appointed for your offering, and enter their details here.
3. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR),
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@mesyntro.com is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
4. Accessing the website and server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser, in particular:
- anonymised or shortened IP address,
- date and time of access,
- name and URL of the file retrieved,
- browser and operating system used,
- the website from which access is made (referrer).
This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to operate it stably and securely. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functional and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For security reasons the log files are stored for a limited period and then deleted.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). The provider processes the server log files described above and any data you transmit via the website on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing our offering in a professional and secure manner (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The server location we selected is in the USA. A transfer to a third country therefore takes place; the details and safeguards are described in section 8. Further information is available in Hostinger’s privacy policy: hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy.
6. Contacting us (contact form and email)
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. Via the form this is:
- name (mandatory),
- email address (mandatory),
- your message (mandatory),
- company and phone number (optional).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form, and – where your enquiry is aimed at concluding or preparing a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise we base the handling of enquiries on our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing the mandatory fields is necessary to process your enquiry. We process your data until your enquiry has been fully handled and then delete it, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Email delivery via Resend
For the technical delivery of messages sent via the contact form we use the service Resend, provided by Resend, Inc. (2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), as a processor. The form data is processed via Resend’s servers and delivered to our mailbox.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable and secure message delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) as well as the bases stated in section 6. As Resend is based in the USA, a transfer to a third country takes place (see section 8). Further information: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
8. Transfer to the USA (third country)
As described above, personal data is transferred to the USA – through the location of the controller, the selected server location and the use of Resend. Under data protection law, the USA is considered a third country without a generally equivalent level of protection.
The transfer is based on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the EU Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and – where the respective providers are certified – the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
Despite these safeguards, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities may access transferred data. By submitting the contact form and giving your consent, you also consent to this transfer (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).
Note: Please have the safeguards used (Standard Contractual Clauses or Data Privacy Framework certification of the hosting provider and Resend) reviewed and, if necessary, specified in more detail.
9. Cookies and tracking
This website currently uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies and does not integrate services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or social networks. Only technically necessary data required to operate the website is processed.
Should analytics or marketing tools that require consent be used in future, we will first obtain your consent via a consent banner and update this privacy policy accordingly.
10. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) and no data is transferred to third parties.
11. Data security
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar. This protects the data you transmit to us against access by third parties.
12. Currency and changes
This privacy policy is dated July 2026. As our website develops or in response to changed legal requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
